Brand Situation

Bay Oral Surgery is one of the oldest practices in the area and unfortunately their brand showed it. Our goal was to communicate trust, experience and innovation through a new brand position. In addition to a brand audit and a new brand identity, we created a new website with doctor and patient videos. We then increased traffic to the website through ongoing search and display campaigns. “Salute to Smiles,” a community-focused charitable program was also created. The program teamed Bay Oral Surgeons with area dentists to donate dental procedures to local veterans.

The new brand identity was fresh and focused on dental implants, increasing productivity for 3 years in a row.
