Bay Oral Surgery & Implant Center

Bay Oral Surgery is one of the oldest practices in the area and, unfortunately, their brand showed it. Our goal was to communicate trust, experience, and innovation through a new brand position. By using our brand audit tool, we spoke to patients and referring dentists to uncover the strengths and benefits of the dental surgery center. Ultimately, the decision was made to remove “maxillofacial” from their name, adding the key term “implant”. This put an emphasis on their expertise and growing implant services.


New brand identity that was fresh and focused on dental implants, increasing productivity.

Increased traffic to the website through ongoing search and display campaigns.

The Salute to Smiles program was launched as a way of giving back to veterans and building strong relationships with participating dentists.

Focused on reassuring patients and putting them at ease through online testimonials, doctor videos and resource materials.
