After years of using direct mail, Xperience Fitness came to us with the quest to help uncover their true customer, their authentic brand and a relevant channel of communication. After touring gyms around the midwest and interviewing staff and members, our brand audit process led us to a target persona and brand promise of becoming “Unstoppable.”

The Unstoppable brand messaging and images were woven into every aspect of internal and external branding.

By utilizing digital media, we could track clicks, drive web traffic and funnel leads to each gym.

Outdoor boards and TV spots supported the brand and promotions on a monthly basis.

Environmental graphics at each gym re-enforced the brand and built a sense of membership commitment.
