Success stories from successful clients
After years of using direct mail, Xperience Fitness came to us with the quest to help uncover their true customer, their authentic brand and a relevant channel of communication. After touring gyms around the midwest and interviewing staff and members, our brand audit process led us to a target persona and brand promise of becoming “Unstoppable.” It was an empowerment that was communicated across the complete digital landscape along with TV and billboard support. The digital campaign connected through digital display, PPC and YouTube ads that drove the target audience to trackable landing pages on the Xperience Fitness website.
“We tapped David and his team for our rebranding project because of their track record and brand development process. Internally, our staff identified with our new direction and gym members were energized by the motivational direction of the messaging. Overall our clubs have increased membership and have elevated their position in the marketplace through high-level creative and targeted digital channels.”
– Jon Barton, CEO, Xperience Fitness.
We were already working on the WG&R brand when the concept for August Haven was on the drawing table. There is nothing like August Haven in the area and we wanted to make sure that we communicated a brand that was delicately balanced between aspirational and attainable. Through the development of an e-commerce website with a design to match the brand’s eclectic but simplistic style, we set the online tone for the brand. Programmatically we also worked with the client to connect through their back-end database for real-time inventory updates.
We’ve worked with BRING for over 10 years on the WG&R Furniture brand and through the August Haven brand launch. Their branding talents and web development experience have played a huge role in the the marketing success of our company. Creatively they stand apart and help us stand out. I also like their willingness to work collaboratively with our internal marketing department, without any egos getting in the way.
– Jim Greene, President, WG&R Furniture.
Bay Oral Surgery
Bay Oral Surgery is one of the oldest practices in the area and unfortunately their brand showed it. Our goal was to communicate trust, experience and innovation through a new brand position. Our research brought us to the conclusion that “Maxillofacial” should be dropped from the name and a new focus should be given to their expertise in dental implants. In addition to a brand audit and a new brand identity, we created a new website with doctor and patient videos. We then increased traffic to the website through an ongoing PPC campaign and digital display ads. “Salute to Smiles,” a community-focused charitable program was also created. The program teamed Bay Oral Surgeons with area dentists to donate dental procedures to local veterans.
“The brand audit process was eye-opening for us. Not just from a marketing standpoint but from a business standpoint. Through patient and referring dentist conversations, they discovered feedback that we wish we would have known sooner.
David and his team listened to our needs and took time to understand our industry and the unique circumstances we faced. We are very happy with the campaign and we consistently see more patients as a result.”
– Ellen Greene, Practice Administrator, Bay Oral Surgery and Implant Center.
When Hinterland announced their new location in the Titletown District they knew they needed a branded web presence to match. We researched and delivered a brand position with creative messaging that got to the core of what Hinterland stood for and was passionate about. We created the website which included on-location photography to give the target audience a true feel for the environment and offerings. Built with responsive design, the site works effectively on all devices and can be easily updated by each restaurant through our content management system.
“We struggled with our online brand direction for quite a while before the team at BRING came to us with a website concept and clear brand messaging that truly reflected who we are. The website tells our story very well and sells our crazy passion for food and beer. These guys rocked it.”
– Bill Tressler, Owner, Hinterland Brewery.
